Plazo de entrega
Tiempo de envío a Europa ≈ 3-5 días laborables.
Tiempo de envío a los EE.UU. ≈ 3-5 días hábiles (a través de FedEx/DHL correo aéreo).
Tiempo de envío dentro de Canadá ≈ 3-7 días laborables (correo aéreo FedEx/DHL).
Tiempo de entrega al resto del mundo - depende del país de destino, pero normalmente no más de 3- 10 días laborables.
El plazo de entrega puede ser ligeramente superior para zonas remotas (como Alaska, Hawai, Canarias, etc.) y algunos países (Noruega, Portugal, Serbia, Irlanda, Croacia, Grecia, Bosnia).
Procesamiento de pedidos
La tramitación y el envío del pedido tardan de 1 a 3 días laborables a partir de la fecha de pago. El número de seguimiento se enviará automáticamente por correo electrónico/teléfono (si no ha recibido una notificación nuestra, compruebe las carpetas "Spam" y "Promo" de su buzón).

Worldwide Shipping
All purchases ship DHL Express International or FedEx. Please note that your country may levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on the purchase that you'll be responsible for (excluding EU and US buyers)
Order Processing Times
Standard orders must be placed by 09:00 PM CEST to start processing on the next day. Processing time usually takes 1-5 business days. To start processing the same day, orders must be placed by 2:00 PM CEST (Warsaw, UTC/GMT +2 hours). Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
Shipping time
Shipping time to Europe ≈ 3-5 business days.
Shipping time to the US ≈ 3-5 business days (via FedEx/DHL air mail).
Shipping time to Canada ≈ 3-7 business days (via FedEx/DHL air mail).
Shipping time to the rest of the world - depends on the country of destination, but generally no more than 3-10 business days.
Shipping time may be a little longer for remote areas (like Alaska, Hawaii, Canary Islands, etc.) and some countries (Norway, Portugal, Serbia, Ireland, Croatia, Greece, Bosnia).
Sold out
If the goods are not available in our warehouse, you can still order them. We will make them for you urgently. In this case, the delivery time may increase up to 2-3 weeks.
Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our warehouse on weekends or the Poland holidays.
Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.
