We do not print instructions. Why? Do you know how much paper we need to print detailed instructions? How many trees will it take? We will tell you - a lot!

We have several localized versions of the site for different countries and regions. Most likely you are on one of them. Due to tax policy, local versions of sites have some restrictions. For example, buyers from the EU will be able to make a purchase on our EU website tattoo-armrest.eu/en. Unfortunately this is a technical requirement. 

In short, if you cannot find your country during the checkout, please pay attention to the website domain:

tattoo-armrest.eu - only for EU countries (not Europe, but specifically the EU).

tattoo-armreest.com - main international site (localized for USA and Canada).

So, if you are from Switzerland, Norway or Canada, for example, you should go to tattoo-armrest.com

And if you are from any EU country, then you should choose the domain tattoo-armrest.eu

My payment was declined! 

Some banks (mainly in the US) may decline payments for foreign online stores by default. Our company is registered in Europe, so such cases are possible. If you were unable to complete a purchase on our website (provided that your card is active and has sufficient funds), most likely your bank declined the transaction for this reason. 

There are several ways to solve this problem:

1. Contact your bank (it's worth doing anyway) and ask them to complete this transaction manually. Also, ask them to lift restrictions on payments to foreign companies and online purchases. 

2. Use a different card or try a different payment method (e.g., PayPal).

3. Ask us to make a SWIFT / IBAN invoice for you.

In any case, if you have any difficulties, do not hesitate to contact us, we will try to help you.

How long does delivery take?

We currently ship all orders with FedEx Priority Airmail (which we think is the best option) for worldwide shipping and FedEx Economy (ground transportation) where available.

The average delivery time to USA & Canada is 4 days. 

To Australia - up to 6 days. 

Within Europe -2-4 days. 

To other countries around the world - about 4-7 days. 

Much better than usual mail, isn't it? FedEx will bring the package to your home and make sure you receive it. So we get fast and reliable delivery, albeit a little more expensive (not much).

Please note that we also take 1-3 days to process your order (but we try to ship all orders on the same day).

If you are not from the EU or the US, then international taxes and duties might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy. Each country has its own rules, so we can't know for sure. 

We are located in Poland, so EU buyers do not pay anything extra. 

US buyers are also exempt from duties (if the price of the goods does not exceed $ 800), since the US and Poland have a free trade agreement. 

Important - UK buyers are already PAYING duties when they shop in the EU (for you guys we have a separate site - tattoo-armrest-uk.com, you can find more information there).

You have 30 days to return the product if you are not satisfied with something. 

The first thing to do in such a situation is to contact us by email info@tattoo-armrest.com (marked "Return"). Please describe in detail the reason for the return, and we will try to help you solve your problem. If not, we will inform you to which address you can send the return (our warehouse is located at Zagrodowa 6, Warsaw, 04-992, Poland). 

Returned goods must be unused and undamaged. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. And it would be best if you considered using a trackable shipping service.

If all is well with the returned items, we will notify you and refund your money asap (time depends on your payment method)

Good question! We often ask it to our master in the workshop. And the answer is always the same - as soon as possible. 

Seriously though, it usually takes 2-4 weeks to produce one batch (if there are no holidays). All goods are sold out in 1-2 weeks, which means that new armrests are already in production. When the main work has already been done, we launch Pre-orders. 

So write to us, ask questions, follow us on social networks and generally stay in touch. We will definitely shout to everyone around us when we finish the next batch of our cool armrests :)

After placing an order, you should receive a confirmation by email (or phone if you did not specify an email). This is an automatic process. If you did not receive anything from us, then most likely our letter ended up in the Promotions or Spam folder. Please go to your mailbox and check these folders. It helps 99% of the time. If not, perhaps this is some kind of glitch on the site, or you accidentally indicated the wrong email. In any case, please contact us and we will find a solution.

Oh no, that's not cool. But do not worry! Just get in touch with us and we will send you the missing parts ASAP (at our own expense). It is also advisable to send us a photo of all the parts you received, so that we can check for sure what is missing.

NO. There are a lot of "similar" products on the market (hell, just like in any other field🙄). But we don't give a damn about it. Seriously, you can make the same armrest in your garage if you want. We do not mind (we can even share our experience). But it's always a question of quality or price. The same about "similar" stores. It's up to you. Just check sellers carefully before buying 😉
