Payments
You can pay for your order online with a credit or debit card, as well as using Apple Pay, G Pay or PayPal. We use 100% secure checkout from Shopify and verified international payment systems Stripe & PayPal.
If the payment was declined
Some banks may decline online payments for foreign companies (we are from Europe). If you have such situation, please contact your bank and ask for a manual transaction or remove restrictions on payments to foreign companies (lift the Internet payment limit, if necessary). We can also make a SWIFT / IBAN invoice for you. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any difficulties.
Order processing
Order processing and dispatch take 1-3 business days from the date of payment. We call couriers to pick up orders twice a week - on Tuesday and Friday (until 15:00 GMT+2, Warsaw). The tracking number will be sent automatically by e-mail (if you have not received a notification from us, please check the "Spam" and "Promo" folders in your mailbox).
Shipping time
After we transfer your order to the courier service, delivery may take from 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on the country you are in and customs regulations. Well, in short, you can guess that if you live far from Europe or in a hard-to-reach place, delivery may take longer. For our part, we will do everything to ensure that your order comes to you asap (this is why we always ship parcels by courier delivery). Below are the most likely delivery times based on our statistics::
Shipping time to Europe (countries bordering Poland) ≈ 2-3 business days.
Shipping time to US (no customs clearance up to $800) ≈ 5-10 business days.
Shipping time to Canada ≈ 5-10 business days + time for customs clearance
Shipping time to UK ≈ 3-7 business days + time for customs clearance (for UK buyers - you will need to pay customs duties. UK Customs may delay delivery of your parcel until payment has been made. Please track your parcel after receiving the tracking number).
Shipping time to Australia ≈ 5-10 business days + time for customs clearance
Shipping time to the rest of the world - depends on the country of destination, but generally no more than 3-10 business days
Shipping time may be a little longer for remote areas (like Alaska, Hawaii, Canary Islands, etc.) and some countries (Norway, Portugal, Serbia, Ireland, Croatia, Greece, Bosnia).
Pre-orders & Out of stock items
If you pre-order an item that is currently out of stock, delivery times may differ from those indicated above. Well, it seems obvious, but some people are still very surprised when this happens. So we've warned you😄
Shipping costs
Shipping costs can be seen on the checkout page when placing your order. Mostly prices are fixed for a specific country (or region).
Please note that buyers outside the EU and the US may have to pay customs duties! We repeat separately for buyers from the UK and Canada:) - yes, you will also pay duties to your customs.
Refunds & returns
Before your order is shipped, you can cancel it and receive a full refund. But if the parcel has already been handed over to the courier, you can only make a return (shipping costs will be yours). You have 30 days to do this from the moment the parcel is delivered.
