Refund policy

Cancellations

Before your order is shipped, you can cancel it and receive a full refund. But if the parcel has already been handed over to the courier, you can only make a return (shipping costs will be yours).

 

Returns 

General rules

  • Returns accepted for 60 days
  • Customer provides return shipping
  • No restocking fee
  • No final sale items


You can return your order within 60 days after receiving the parcel. If more than 60 days have already passed, you can also write to us and we will decide on a return on an individual basis.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. By "unused" we mean without obvious visible signs of use. If you tried a product once or twice and it didn't suit you, then ok, that's not a problem. Also, the product must be in its original packaging. You can replace the packaging for armrests and other large items if the original one is damaged. The main thing is that the goods can reach us safely.

Non-returnable items: 
- Gift cards 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- With obvious signs of use 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery 

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We can make a replacement at the customer's request, but delivery costs are yours in this case. We can only replace damaged or defective goods/parts of goods at our expense. In any case, write us an email if you have questions about replacement -  info@tattoo-armrest.com

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail us first. We will provide you with a return address.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
