Shipping time

You can see the estimated delivery time & cost during checkout. Usually, it takes 2-3 days for the USA and 3-5 days for Canada (shipping time may be a little longer for remote territories). 

 

Shipping costs

If available, carrier prices will be automatically applied. In other cases, we will offer fixed rates. Shipping costs can be seen on the checkout page when placing an order. Please note that buyers outside the US may have to pay customs duties!

 

Worldwide Shipping

We ship our products worldwide (some countries may fall into exceptions if, for various reasons, international courier services do not operate there). For most orders, we use standard delivery methods (USPS). Large and wholesale orders may use custom shipping methods. Please note that your country may levy taxes, customs fees, or import duties on the purchase that you'll be responsible for.

 

Order Processing Times
Order processing and dispatch take 1-3 business days from the date of payment. The tracking number will be sent automatically by e-mail (if you have not received a notification from us, please check the "Spam" and "Promo" folders in your mailbox). 

 

Pre-orders & Out of stock items

If you pre-order an item that is currently out of stock, delivery times may differ from those indicated above. Well, it seems obvious, but some people are still very surprised when this happens. So we've warned you😄

 

Business Days & Holidays
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, the order will be processed the following business day if the order is placed after the cut-off time.

Packages do not ship from our warehouse on weekends or during the Poland holidays.

 

Tracking Orders
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.

 

Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please contact us.
